By accessing or using the Mystique Explorers website, services, or booking a trip with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
• Ensure you possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and required health certificates.
• Comply with all local laws and regulations of the destinations you visit.
• Respect the customs, culture, and privacy of local communities and fellow travelers.
• Not use our site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policies

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Mystique Explorers. A contract is formed once we issue a booking confirmation and receive the required deposit.

Payment: Full payment is required 10 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellations: If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply as detailed in your specific itinerary's policy. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations. Mystique Explorers reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason, including insufficient participants or logistical problems that may impede trip operations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Mystique Explorers acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with your tour. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience suffered or incurred by you arising out of or in connection with our services, any acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, or any events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mystique Explorers and its licensors. The Service is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India and other applicable jurisdictions.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Mystique Explorers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of our site without express written permission.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the provision of services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, the parties agree that the courts at Guwahati, Kamrup Metropolitan, Assam, including the Gauhati High Court, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.

The arbitration shall take place in Guwahati, Kamrup Metropolitan, Assam, India. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to any conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
